Meet our Team

It is with great excitement and honour that Richard Plamondon, Aquilino Naccarato, Maryanne Naccarato and Valerie Plamondon owners of Ackard Contractors, announce the beginning of their transition of the company to the next generation of leaders. Travis Plamondon, Rémi Plamondon, Paul Swekla and Michael Plamondon will be stepping up over the next few years to assume both leadership and ownership of the business, providing continuity and energy for the next phase of the Ackard journey. Richard and Aquilino will continue in their current roles providing needed experience and mentoring as Ackard’s new partners step up further. The transition to this new generation of leaders will provide Ackard Contractors with the energy, creativity, and commitment we have always had as we embark on the next phase of growth and service to our customers.
